I use the Country Dijon that's always in my fridge. I think any dijon or brown/spiced mustard would work. (I don't think French's neon yellow would work, though.)

I would've been the same way. If I ordered it and they cooked it fine, it's my problem if I don't like it. But it's nice to know some places know how to go above and beyond, especially for a loyal customer!

This looks delish! I'll definitely have to give it a try.

Quick question: What kind of mustard? Is it dry mustard, or regular yellow, or....? (Yes, I'm clueless that way!)

One thing you should remember is the following. Every kitchen should have at least two or more cutting boards. We recommend that every kitchen has a minimum of two boards, one for fruits, fresh vegetables, bread and food that can be eaten raw. The other one is for cutting raw meat, poultry and fish. This way, your risk of bacterial cross contamination is reduced.

Just my 2 cents

Fat Bastard is also a good, inexpensive French Chardonnay. I was going to order one time in a restaurant and then the waiter showed up. I didn't have the heart. TW

Have to say it was so much easier than staring at it and stirring for 15 minutes straight, and it tasted just as good. The culinary establishment has deceived us! ;)
