They've bread the taste out of Pork. It just doesn't taste the same it's too lean. Pork fat is needed on Chops. Anyway I usually get good results with pork chops since I got my George Foreman Grill. I don't even barbeque anymore it's that good. Even steak is amazing on the grill. Try putting the chops into a large freezer bag dump some sauce into it and let it marinate for a bit. I use salad dressings that I have on hand, some apricot jam, and sweet chinese chili sauce. I think about 3 minutes or so (depending on how thick your chops). My daughter in law just throws them into a crock pot and dumps some cream of mushroom/onion soup on them. I hate cream of mushroom on anything, but these are pretty darn good also.
