It’s somewhat gratifying to see Cat Cora burn something in kitchen stadium.
ETA:Â I don’t dislike her or anything, it’s just nice to see the pros occasionally have an “oh shit” moment.

I haven’t seen that episode of Iron Chef but yes, it is nice to know that even the pros make mistakes in the kitchen!
As much as those folks have going on at once and the speed they’re trying to accomplish things, I’m surprised there aren’t more fires. :)
